Kort presentasjon av Maskindynamikk AS (Engelsk versjon) Maskindynamikk was founded in 1989 and the core business has always been Machinery Health Monitoring and troubleshooting services to a wide range of customers both offshore and onshore. We have a broad range of customers including oil companies, drilling companies, ship owners, ship yards, machinery production companies, system vendors and suppliers, service companies, process industry companies and others. We have gained a lot of highly respected experience and knowledge during the years – especially related to topics as troubleshooting, machinery health monitoring systems and practices, analyses and diagnostic approaches – which are all crucial topics to gain professional respect and long term relations with highly demanding customers. Employees We are currently eight highly skilled employees in Maskindynamikk, and we are all engineers (i.e. mechanical, electrical/automation, computer science).
Main Services
We are continuously working with improvements of our QHSE system, and are currently also in a middle of a process against implementation/ integration with the ISO 9001 standard.
Reasearch & Development
An advanced and general Machinery Health Monitoring System MHMS has been developed and customized to different kinds of machinery equipment by Maskindynamikk during the last few years. The system has been customized for different kinds of applications already and will be further developed and customized to increase the systems abilities and integration with other DAQ and SW systems.
MHMS
Machinery Health Monitoring System is a very flexible solution for online and remote monitoring of different kinds of rotating machinery. It is based on modern computer technologies and can be customized in order to fit for particular customer needs. The system consists from several components which can be distributed in space and interacts with each other using industry standard communication interfaces. A system installation may have one or several data acquisition units and one centralized database. One or several operators can monitor measured values in real-time.
Mobile system solutions for data acquisition and analyses in general
The data acquisition units may work with a wide variety of industrial sensors as typical accelerometers, velocity and proximity sensors for vibration signals, temperature, pressure, strain gages, flow sensors etc. and other devices with voltage or current output signals. The system will analyse signals in real-time and check the results against specified criterias in order to detect abnormal operational conditions for any equipment or object under inspection. All acquired informations are available for historical trending, prognostics and for in-depth analysis by professional. Maskindynamikk are currently using different kinds of mobile equipment for troubleshooting and measuring activities in general, as single channel data collectors/ analyzers (from CSI, SKF, X-viber, Norsonic) alongside with multi-channel DAQ systems as CompactRIO, PXI and NI9233 Compact DAQ systems (all from National Instruments) for vibration and multi-parameter data acquisition. We are also using Manner Telemetrie data acquisition systems for wireless data acquisition of torque- as well as stress & strain signals/ measurements.
Delivered Offline based Condition Monitoring Systems
We have developed and customized different kinds of Windows software applications for vibration analyses, torque- and shaft power measurements, torsional analyses, stress and strain measurements/ analyses etc. These applications has been customized to integrate with different kinds of HW systems and DAQ solutions we have, so all multi-channel applications and multi-parameter applications we have can be controlled from a Windows PC platform environment. This PC approach has been used for many years by Maskindynamikk. Maskindynamikk have delivered a lot of such systems during the last 18 years to onshore and offshore customers together with training courses (vibration theory, signal conditioning and data processing, measuring and analyses methods and techniques etc.) and often also follow-up services including analyses support, trouble shooting etc.
Delivered Customized Online MHMS
Maskindynamikk carried out their first jobs for the Ulstein Group back in 1990/1991, and since then we have had long term relations and many many jobs for the Ulstein Group and later for the Rolls_Royce Marine Group. Most of these jobs have been vibration analyses and trouble-shooting activities on propulsion systems (propeller thrusters, transmission shaft systems and gearboxes etc.) – often involving multi-channel measurements and analyses with multi-parameter input signals in addition to main parameter data as vibration signals, torque signals etc.
During all these years Maskindynamikk employees have gained a lot of highly valuable experience and knowledge about a broad range of propulsion systems, - including general and specific dynamic behaviour and characteristics, as well as how different kinds of dynamic misbehaviour, mechanical faults and abnormal mechanisms can be revealed by thorough planned measurements and analyses including suitable methods and techniques.
